Cedar Feather Boxes

These are beautiful hand crafted 100% cedar boxes for a prayer/honor feather. They are made by son who is currently incarcerated in an Alabama Correctional Facility. His tools consist of a razor blade, sand paper, cedar and glue. No metal of any kind was used in its construction. All boxes have a slide top.

Aromatic cedar is a natural repellent to moths and other insects that damage feathers. The box is unfinished inside and out. It can be finished as is or design work can be done first. Please Note - The knot and grain pattern, as well as color shade may vary.
